How Ordering Works
There is no checkout on this site. Tap a buy button in the shop and WhatsApp opens with your order written out. We reply with the price, the availability and how to pay.
An order is confirmed once we have agreed it with you.
Collection
Orders are collected from the studio at Shop 35, Ground Level, Kloof Village Mall, 33 Village Road, Kloof, Durban, 3610, during opening hours. We will message you when yours is ready.
We don't courier at the moment. If you can't get to us, ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can make a plan.
Gift Vouchers
- A voucher can go toward a tattoo, a piercing, a flash design or aftercare.
- Vouchers are valid for three years from the date they are issued, as the Consumer Protection Act requires.
- If the work costs more than the voucher, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance stays on the voucher.
- A voucher can't be swapped for cash, and a lost voucher can't be replaced, so look after it like money.
- Whoever uses the voucher books like anyone else, under the Booking Policy.
Returns
- Aftercare products: if it is unopened and in its original packaging, bring it back within 7 days with proof of purchase for a refund or an exchange. For hygiene reasons we can't take back anything that has been opened or used.
- Piercing jewellery: for hygiene reasons, jewellery can't be returned once it has been worn or fitted.
- Gift vouchers: see above.
If Something Is Faulty
If something you bought from us is faulty, bring it back within six months and you can choose a repair, a replacement or a refund, as the Consumer Protection Act provides.
That doesn't cover ordinary wear, or damage that happened after you bought it.
Tattoos, Piercings And Treatments
A service can't be returned, but it can be put right. If you are unhappy with how something has healed, come and show us.
Deposits and cancellations are covered in the Booking Policy.
How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds are paid the same way you paid, once we have checked the item.
